New here! CT scan results...
I'm normally on the
asthma
uk site as a sufferer of
severe
asthma
. I've been told to post here as i might get some more answers... I was just wondering if anyone could shed any light on my CT results. I haven't seen or heard from my consultant as yet, my scan was over 2 weeks ago.

Chest pain
I’m 30 and recently had a asthma attack and this has left me with a dull ache in my sternum. I struggled to get any doctor or an apppointment with nhs 111 for my asthma and they left me all night and I couldn’t breathe (i was having an asthma attack). I’m worried this delay has done something to my chest

Four years on and still feeling 20 years older
I also had fluid on the lungs, partial collapse of both lungs, a nasty infection and
severe
asthma
. I was in hospital two and a half weeks and also for a week in March. My life changed completely after this. I suddenly aged 20 years over night.

Asthma and your sneaky pals, you're a pain in the ass to us boys and gals, you're waiting on my sister's cat for the next time that I cross her mat. You're in my garage and in the soil I must keep away from that can of oil. Asthma, asthma I'll tell you now I'll banish you though I know not how. What

Just joined the group. Asthma treatment: one size fits most?
I was misdiagnosed with lupus about 11 years ago, originally based on tests following analysis of a knee aspirate from a soccer injury! They were suspicious because of an unusual distribution of white cells in the aspirate. Now the fog has cleared and lupus was eventually discounted, it is my eosinophils

Puzzling Asthma / Inflammation / Polyp Symptom
I suffer from Asthma complicated by Nasal Polyps. Since my Asthma took a turn for the worse a couple of years back, I’ve had one symptom I can’t get any sense out of the Docs over. Basically, an almost constant strong ‘burning sensation’ on my tongue and in my ears. My guess is that’s it’s inflammation

Need advice or reassurance, really...
Over the last 5 years, he's diagnosed me with bronchitis,
asthma
,
severe
asthma
, copd. My chemist looked at my prescription last month. He noticed I've been prescribed a dosage only really used for 5 to 6 year olds.

Badly controlled asthma help?
Hi all, am new to this site but I was hoping someone could give me some advice/ relate to my experience? I never struggled with asthma at all as a child (despite it running in my family) and was only diagnosed in January 2017 following a severe chest infection. From January 2017- September(ish) 2018

Stoma
Have any of you got gastrointestinal issues and had it suggested that you would find it easier with a colostomy bag. If you have or have done the op I would really appreciate your thoughts and experience. Thanks in advance
