Getting there slowly ....
I've been under the weather for a while - firstly intolerant to Teva T4, changed brand to one that suited me, then moved to NDT (probably too soon before giving T4 mono-therapy longer to work), found NDT was triggering chronic back spasms (boy was that not fun!), only getting 5 hrs sleep a night, so

Natural FET, Lead follicle gone, maybe missed ovulation
I went for a scan on Wednesday , had a lead follicle , went back today (Friday) and they can’t find it. I think there are other follicles but not sure what size. Anyways the one they were watching is not there so I’ve been for a blood test to check LH & Progesterone to see if I’ve already ovulated.

Private doctor prescribing T3: south Wales, SW?
I've been privately prescribed T3 and NDT for some years. The prescribing doctor is packing up, so no more scripts from them after early 2023. I will ask NHS Wales to take over prescribing. I want to be on the front foot – have some names of NHS endocrinologists who'll prescribe T3 as well as T4

A good lab/package? - Hormone Lab UK Official Test Provider of ZRT Laboratory
I was thinking to potentially get routine thyroid checks, Cortisol and DHEA, and also female hormones. Below is the type of results I might get in a lab package that, as it happens, tests all of these - but not vitamins or ferratin. £379.00 for Female Hormone Test Kit Profile II £349.00 Female Hormone

Dear HealthUnlocked community, I am back in treatment after a long hiatus. Since I started treatment, it's been a pleasure to see a lot of other people in this network successfully progress their treatment. I transferred a normal PGS tested embryo on Tuesday and yesterday, I received the news that

New diagnosis how to cope? General advice
Hi everyone, I have only just been diagnosed with endometresiosis last week after having to pay private for a laporoscopy due to the long nhs list and debilitating pain. Plus the usual painful heavy periods normalised when I used to see my GP. I had severe pelvic pain about 6 weeks ago which had made

Where to buy Erfa AND t3 without a prescription
Hi all, Please could anyone PM me a source of either erfa NDT or T3 without prescription? I do currently receive a prescription but it's so expensive and I don't like being so restricted by the consultant; I'd like to be able to make small changes without permission! Thanks all. 🙏

blood test results
hi everyone. I haven’t been on here for a while, but I got some results back today - sadly with no t3. I’ve been on 2 ndt for the last four weeks after a few years of 125 levo - I had to stop the ndt because I was unable to source it. Does this mean anything to anyone? Tsh 0.17 mlU/L - range 0.27-

So exactly 2 years later here I am again with my second transfer, my first was successful and now I have a 15 month old son. Forever grateful. However I totally forgot how daunting this full process was, I am currently day 4 in my 2WW and I just didn’t feel positive from the start. I tested yesterday

Which should I increase Levo or NDT.
Hello I have been on NDT and levo for many years now. I self medicate on NDT. Originally was on levo only, and it never worked well for me. I found that a mix of levo and NDT worked, this was after months and months of slow adjustments, and help from this forum. When I used NDT alone it sent my

Dr Sarah Myhill has a new book on thyroid - see amazon or her website for details.
Thyroid issues globally are being ignored by the medical profession, except for Sarah Myhill and Jannie Bowthorpe's 'Stop the thyroid madness'. Generics are unstable, making us unstable. NDT is not discussed or approved of by the powerful pharmaceutical corporates. It collects the vulnerable and continues

Cramps every day since embryo transfer - bad sign?
Hey everyone, I’m really struggling to stay positive this cycle. I had a natural FET on Wednesday but I’ve had cramps on/off the whole time since. (Every day). I had a bit of red spotting and cramps 4hrs after transfer which freaked me out, but the clinic told me they had issues with the transfer so

A case to push for darolutamide.
out of 68 known Variants that escaped treatment darolutamide is effective against all but one. This article is from june 2021. it is a invitro study so it needs vitro study, then insilico AI to further confirm but it is still important. And even shows resistant variants to abiraterone, corticosteroids

Does anyone adjust their dose when stressed?
Me again! I have found I am very sensitive to stress and often find I get much more hypo when under any amount of stress. Does anyone adjust their dose according to stress? I was doing OK on my previous dose of 50mcg levo and 105mg NDT but I'm flagging. I just wondered if anyone else
