Where to buy Erfa AND t3 without a prescription

Hi all,

Please could anyone PM me a source of either erfa NDT or T3 without prescription?

I do currently receive a prescription but it's so expensive and I don't like being so restricted by the consultant; I'd like to be able to make small changes without permission!
