Back for FET after loads of tests
Morning I'm back for my next FET. After my failed transfer in January of my perfect PGS tested embryo, I've been for all manner of tests. My clinic calls them level 1 and level 2. I feel so blessed that these tests exist, and that somehow we've had the funds to pay for them. You kinda hope these tests

Allergies, Lupus and the vaccine
I am quite reassured from the perspective of my Lupus and other autoimmune diseases about getting it but I have severe allergies (anaphylactic reactions) to
septrin
and nuts, so I'm really concerned about this and would love to hear from someone else with severe allergies and Lupus who's had the jab

Heparin Injections - Advice Please?
Hi all, Iām due to have my third transfer next Tuesday and have been prescribed heparin injections and 75mg aspirin from day of transfer. This has stemmed from a blood test that showed a raised anti-cardiolipin. They normally like to repeat the test in two months to check itās still raised before diagnosing

Six transfers, had successful implantation twice, will ERA test be a waste of money? What else should I try?
Hello everyone, I am back after a long break in which I had a few more failures. Some context: 3 fresh cycles, a total of 8 embryos transferred on 6 different occasions, got a positive pregnancy with a single embryo transfer in 2018 (miscarried at 6w+5) and in 2019 (double embryo transfer, chemical

Advice please: has anyone here who has implanted a euploid embryo after PGS got a positive combined screening test for Down Syndrome?
Hi all, Looking for similar experiences here, hope you ladies donāt mind. So our little euploid embryo (our last one!), which we had PGS tested last year, is now unbelievably 14 weeks! I need to pinch myself everyday - it has been an emotional roller coaster every week! Last week when we had our dating

Heparin and Asprin together IVF?
I've been prescribed LMW Heparin for our latest FET (although I had it for the last one, which also resulted in miscarriage). Has anyone taken (advised by clinic or decided for themselves) it alongside Asprin, during down reg and onwards, should there be a BFP?

Pulmonary embolism
I have two large blood clots, one in each lung, pulmonary embolism. I was in hospital for two days and had heparin injections. I have not seen a doctor since. My blood pressure tablets were stopped. I was on blood thinners following a stroke but these have been changed. I feel I should be getting clot

BFN - ERA advice please
So tested today 13dp5dt and BFN, pretty devastated that after 7 transfers weāve only had 1 BFP and that ended in early miscarriage. The clinic seem to say itās a numbers game and are happy to keep chucking embryos in but I feel like now something really needs to change. A lot of people have mentioned

Waking up from deep sedatives in ICU.
Waking up from sedation...what should I expect? My Dad went in for bypass surgery which went fine and on the day he was to come home he had a reaction to Heparin which was HIT type II rare response. They found clots in his heart and he had a heart attack shortly after in the ICU. He went in for emergency
