Hello everyone,
I am back after a long break in which I had a few more failures.
Some context: 3 fresh cycles, a total of 8 embryos transferred on 6 different occasions, got a positive pregnancy with a single embryo transfer in 2018 (miscarried at 6w+5) and in 2019 (double embryo transfer, chemical pregnancy).
Diagnosed with anticardiolipin antibody (been on heparin in my last three transfers) and with slightly raised anti-TPO antibody (been on Levothyroxine in my last two transfers).
I am now wondering whether I should invest in an ERA test. To the best of my understanding, these are used in case of failed implantation, to see whether the "progesterone window" should be increased. I had two successful implantations (but not pregnancy) before. Does it make sense to try it, or will I just waste my money?
What else should I try?
Thanks, everyone!
