Myo-inositol b complex with selenium
I’ve read that these supplements are very good for Hashimoto’s. Cytoplan have Super B Extra. I struggle swallowing tablets and wonder how big they are and/or if there’s another option. Has anyone had any success taking these supplements for Hashimoto’s?

The Importance of Nutritional Factors and Dietary Management of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis
This paper was written with specific reference to Poland. For that reason, there will be elements which are inappropriate in other countries. My main aim in posting is not to distribute the advice contained so much as to highlight that there are at least some people who recognise that there are issues

Hello, does anyone supplement their children with Selenium? It has been recommended for my 6 year old by her FD (200mcg every 3 days) but im apprehensive as she hasn’t been tested for selenium deficiencies and i feel that is a high dose. Thanks

Hello. I am glad I found this website to allow me to post my questions. My thyroid lab markets are always in the "normal" range so my doctor always says I am fine. I have all the symptoms of a low thyroid. I am a male, age 63, and have had most of the low thyroid symptoms for 30 years. Below is my most

Advice on latest blood results.
Can someone advise on my latest blood results. I have spent the last 10 years feeling as if life isn't worth living and although, going on my bloods i haven't got it right, I can see some light at the end of the tunnel. I haven't felt this good in a decade so please be kind. A brief background. After

Can you swing from Hypo to Hyper and when you do, can continuing with Thyroid meds actually make your symptoms worse?
Hi All Any ideas gratefully received on why my main symptom of muscle aches, especially of the vastus medialis, (I am a keen cyclist) have become worse, despite my thyroid numbers improving on the usual thyroid meds? I was diagnosed Hypo in May last year by these Medichecks results from 26/4/19 TSH

Timing a blood test.....how critical?
I’ve just read an interesting thread about dosing for T3. I didn’t want to hijack the discussion so thought I’d start again and outline what I see as a problem with getting a combo dose right. Like many on here I have continuing and irritating issues with endos who regulate against TSH primarily and

Vitamin E - A Contrarian View.
I came across this 3 days ago: "
Vitamin E causes prostate cancer.
" Yes, it was in bold letters. From Wikipedia, we quickly learn that there are 8 vitamin E variations - 4 tocopherols & 4 tocotrienols. Fat soluble, so more bioavailable in a meal containing fat. & deficiency is rare. [1

Supplements for endometriosis, detoxification and immune health
Hi ladies, I thought I’d post as I’ve been experiencing some positive change lately and wanted to share what I’ve been doing in the hope that it could bring relief to more people. I’ve read lots on supplements and alternative medicine and from reading about Ayurveda I kind of came across very good supplements
