Tyrosine, DLPA etc
I've been reading Julia Ross (The Diet Cure, The Mood Cure). She talks in the Mood Cure about several different amino acid deficiencies which can lead to mood disturbance. She talks about low norepinephrin causing lack of motivation and concentration. Her cure is Tyrosine. I've tried it and it seems

This post is kind of a mess. I just took thoughts and put them down as they came. The order didn't really matter and sometimes when it seems like I were about to wrap it up, something else came and I just put it down. So please excuse the mess I made and the self-loathing undertone the whole things has

Time off work and exercise after laparoscopy?
Hi everyone, I have just received a letter to give me a date for my laparoscopy which is on 6th May and I was wondering if anyone can give me a rough guide as to how long I would expect to be off work after the operation? I know everyone will be different depending on what they find but just an idea

Progress made on Chronic Cluster Migraine
I said I was afraid of showing my
scars
at work so I'd like to tele-commute. Of course he supported this but also said he'd be happy for me to just have that time off to relax and recoup. I'm pleased to have the option.

Hi
I have been diagnosed with Interstitial Lung Disease, but awaiting scan results to determine if my consultants 'working diagnosis' of Ideopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis is correct. If it's confirmed, what can I expect? Thanks.

My Dr. Put me on Belbuca 300mcg BID but they're very expensive so I asked him for something cheaper. He put me on Oxymorphone 10mg BID then and within a week I started having pretty

Red skin, acne scars. Help needed!
Hello, my skin always was prone to breaking out. But now I notice it's red and scarred. What can I do to make it back to normal skin colour? Would skin lightening cream work? I tried natural aloe and the Clinique redness cream but it's not doing so much. Thanks!

Just diagnosed, lots of questions
Iv heard some ladies went through belly buttons and c-section
scars
or have bigger incisions on their tummies? Also really concerned about any of this being cancerous which I have been reassured that it probably isn't but still quite scared. Sorry for the ramble.

Re-occuring stomach pains
Posted before about amitriptyiline being a successful pain reliever. However, after a couple of months taking it my stomach/chest pains have returned again. Has anyone else experienced this?

Shocked !!!
Hi everyone, just having a bit of a moan. Along with RA/PMR/DIABETES and dealing with the meds, I have had some sun damage skin on my face which was treated with liquid nitrogen back in 2010. This came back quite slowly and was treated last October by my GP with a cream. The problem came back again

C section recovery
So I had a c section three weeks ago but the past couple of days I've been getting the chills/shivers every evening (only in the evening) even though the thermostat says the room is 17-20c. It's so bad I've been going to bed in jumpers on top of pj's just to feel warm enough to sleep. My scar does feel

Endo and exercise...
so I know that some exercise can be good when you have endo but also that people find too much can cause pain. My question is...can exercise actually make it worse? I know it can make the pain worse but I can handle that to a certain extent. What I don't want to do is actually make the Endo scarring

Endo pains after eating
Hi all, I've mentioned about endo and digestive issues in the past but recently I've been experiencing some bizarre pains. After eating especially large meals I'll get sharpish pains across my upper and lower stomach/above my pubic bone which radiates down my left leg. Does anyone else experience this
