Pink scars on toes

Does anyone wake up in the morning and have pink scars on their toes and feet? What is that about? I don't have the rash on my face, but find I get these from time to time. I don't know what causes them to appear out of nowhere.

I also do not get rashes on my face. I get them on my arms. Then I get lupus rashes/blisters from my Waist down all the way to my feet. Some of them come and go quickly, others last a while. I posted a photo of rash on my foot, look at my profile. ( I can't post or I have not found a way to post photos to a reply). I do have a new rash if I can post it with out showing to much I will. It is on the upper inside of the left thigh where the leg joins with my body. My doctor has given me cream to apply when the rashes come up, and anothe cream for the blisters.

I get strange pink marks around my ankles which are only there on a morning

I have these marks on my feet but during sleep I move my feet constantly and the skin that contacts the duvet cover or sheets gets overheated and the colour dies away quiet quickly after I am up and about but I do waken up frequently with pain during the night and end up with putting my feet out of the covers have found the answer is to have loose covers and put up with cold feet At least that's what I think causes the bright pink colour  Wonder if that's really the answer

Call it pressure sores not really sores but is only on places where my feet contact covers

I get exactly the same, only ever on my toes and feet.. they then turn into a scab, once it has healed it then appears in a different area, never on the area that has most recently healed.. most bizarre.

Thank you everyone. It does disappear as the day goes on. Just when I wake up. I wonder if its related to kidney problems as I have scarred kidneys. Its not like I was in the sun and got it from that. So strange.
