Message in a bottle campaign
As requested in another post I'm putting this separately for more people to see. My local GP and pharmacy stock the message in a bottle system promoted by the Lions. It gives you a pill type container that has all your relevant contact details, medical information, medication, a note of where this is

Alternatives to WP Thyroid tablets please?
I have these tablets, but cannot stand the smell of them in the container, or when I go to take them. They smell like old fish to me! Has anyone else noticed or experienced this? I could revert to Armour (I wasn't aware they smelt like this but would like confirmation from anyone who has a bottle

I have a few problems
I am out of those situations now, but the emotional
scars
are still in my heart. I know that time can heal wounds, but i need to take action here. What can i do to feel better about myself?

I am new here...
Both lungs were covered in
scars
! And I had a huge patch of Pnemonia too. I worked with the consultant in endoscopy. Since then I have had good days and bad days. To start with the antibiotics helped. Then I got forgotten again for some years, no GP knew how to treat me...

I was politely told that i have got fat.(if there is such a thing of saying it in a polite manner)
I have put a front on for years in regards to what really is happening in my head, and if people(family) saw the
scars
on my arm's then obviously it would probably set alarm bells ringing for them.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life
I have such deep
scars
on my back I will never be able to wear a dress that's low cut or a swim suit on holiday without being completely self conscious. Over the last few months I have been doing this to my lower back and my legs.
