Hi marybell, has your sister had a tvt or tot mesh with this operation? I had the same surgery as your sister 4yrs ago and although I had a tot procedure at the same time this was removed a year later but still today I remain in pain. I am on amitriptyline and pregabalin for the nerve damage.

Hi Stenosis49

My sister did not have the mesh procudure. The cosultant gynecologist placed two disolving large stiches and several smaller stiches. She was informed that it would only take three months to recovery.
