This is a tough illness to say the least. We will have good days, bad days and just days. I recommend a therapist for you to talk to. Keep a journal! I write in mine first thing in the morning. I keep track of how much sleep I get, what I eat throughout the day and I keep track of my anxiety levels. I notice that mornings are the worst and as the day goes on it gets better.
