Lump under Laparoscopy scar

I had a Lap in January this year.

I have noticed that I have a lump under the incision in my belly button. It doesn't hurt. But I am having combined surgery in December and don't want this to be a complication. Does anyone have any idea what this could be or is it normal scar tissue?
