Natural treatment for endometriosis
This book is available on Amazon and has been a godsend to me, it has herbs in it you can use for pain relief and aromatherapy blends too, self massage, lots of information about endo more than what the doctors tell you and also info about each of the treatment options and the pros and cons of them.

Really fed up today :-(
I've currently been waiting for an anterior and posterior prolapse repair and something else that I can't pronounce since the 18th November 2014 but due to a few clerical errors only went on the waiting list on 29th January 2015 and that was only because I contacted the surgeons secretary. C-Section after gynae surgery
Hello, I have had 3 gynae surgeries: one small key hole (2 holes), a laparotomy (open surgery, same place as for C-section) and one larger keyhole (4 holes). During the surgeries we found out I have extensive pelvic adhesions and it became more and more difficult for my surgeon to 'get in' each time.

Limitations 😁
Yep, pain is grisly, no question about that. Today tho I'm struggling more with the limitations my body puts on me. My 23 year old son is having surgery today on a very broken hand / wrist and he was adamant that I should not go to the hospital - because ' the journey and the sitting will make your pain

THE NO FOOD DIET IS WORKING!
But since I have Adhesive bowel disease caused by previous surgical
scars
and Parkinson's Disease, I was ready for anything. Diet is simple: gluten free, lactose free, no red meat, small amounts of other meats, NO LEAFY vegetables.

Laparotomy Recovery,feeling amazing!! xx
Just a quick post to say how amazing I am feeling 6 weeks after a Laparotomy!! After being very frightened when I learned I would have a laparotomy rather than laparoscopy, I can honestly say that my recovery this time has been easier than when I had a laparoscopy (with tube and ovary removal) last year

Hello, I have just been prescribed Acupan for back pain. I took my first dose about 2 and a half hours ago, but haven't felt any reduction in pain. Can anyone advise how long it takes to work? I have tried googling it but can'y find much out there.... Thanks :-)

Confused
In the meantime I had to go and see GP because I was still in a lot of pain, he didn't know anything about my admission and was shocked to see my
scars
. Anyway, he referred me for a scan as he could see I was in discomfort and he wanted to know what was going on.
