THE NO FOOD DIET IS WORKING!

My gastro doctor put me on a diet 2 weeks ago that is really working for my constipation, gas, and abdominal pain. My husband calls it the "No food" diet. But since I have Adhesive bowel disease caused by previous surgical scars and Parkinson's Disease, I was ready for anything.

Diet is simple: gluten free, lactose free, no red meat, small amounts of other meats, NO LEAFY vegetables. Stay away from high fiber products…ignore instructions for high fiber. My colon can't handle it. Smoothies are great and I'm going to add protein powder when I can afford it. I can have 6 oz. of cereal per day (gluten free and less than 4 gms fiber).

Miralax every other day.

I feel much better already after 2 weeks.
