Acupan (Nefopam Hydrochloride)

Hello, I have just been prescribed Acupan for back pain. I took my first dose about 2 and a half hours ago, but haven't felt any reduction in pain. Can anyone advise how long it takes to work? I have tried googling it but can'y find much out there....
