The problem with Buprenorphine, BTBD9 and serotonin syndrome
This is for those of you who are really struggling with the remedies for RLS. Apologies for not referencing all my research but I’ve been completely wiped out for weeks now. However I wanted to share some insights I’ve had recently and hope it inspires thoughts and research. Adenosine is a chemical

I came across
Sativex
and saw that it was approved in the UK for MS and was wondering if any of my fellow AMNers in the UK have tried it before?

Medication for Symptoms not Diagnosis?
Has anyone been prescribed
Sativex
or nabilone for symptoms of MS without a diagnosis? I take morphine and it no longer seems effective Plus GP wants me off it, I don’t want pain patches again and the above meds are too expensive privately.

Hi All, So for the past two years I've been back at my childhood GP surgery as I've been living with family. It was good in that my GP knew me since I was a child so backed me up against a crappy rheumy and helped me escape to a better rheumatology department. But other than that my GP surgery basically

"Conclusion : This study demonstrates that it is safe to administrate a single dose of

how times change not
The recent release of the cannabis extract spray medicine
Sativex
has been a move in the right direction but it will not deal with the needs of all patients and most doctors are still not willing to prescribe it.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) does not recommend that NHS doctors prescribe
Sativex
, as it is not cost effective (which means it costs an arm and a leg).
