Salivix: Anyone else having trouble... - Sjogren's Support
Salivix
Yes!! I believe that there’s a supply chain or production issue - or so my pharmacist seemed to think. They found one box for me but that’s now dwindling. I’ve thought about contacting the company directly as this seemed to help for a different medication I was taking? X
Thank you. I thought this may be the case. My Immunologist prescribed an oral tablet to swish in my mouth last year. But this was out of stock and not due in until 2024. So I relied on these in the meantime. Dwindling options. x
Yes I spend my days and nights sucking away at Ricola, Xlymelts, Sula and others but salivex work best for me and are only ones I get on prescription. My oral medicine consultant sent me a spray but I’m too cackhanded from scleroderma/ Raynaud’s and arthritis to use it safely and paranoid about poisoning our dog. X
I dropped everything but yes cackhanded. Have not heard that in a while takes me back. I am on Salivex plus as it has Fluoride in-on prescription. My teeth continue to cause issues and sure another due out soon. I will look up Sula too. x
I've got them from Amazon before..Salivix pastilles .I'm having issues with Xalin night time gel for my dry eyes. Chemist says there's loads of meds they can't get at the moment.I keep getting Ipca hydroxychloroquine too whereas before I got Zentiva brand (gentler on the stomach I find) 💜🌈🦋xx
My chemist has not been able to get them for ages.I usually get the salivix plus.
I used to order in between prescriptions from amazon, but they have been unavailable on amazon for a while too.
I noticed the other day amazon had the salivix ordinary, but chemist still says they can't get them
I'm having terrible problems with my eyes as there's been supply issues with the xailin and the viscotears.
Am booked in with opthalmology as they are so sore and scratchy.
I think I have developed nephritis
Thanks Will give those a try.
I also have a warm eye mask arriving tomorrow.
Typed that late last night and was tired.
Did not mean nephritis
Meant scleritis 😑
