Hi Tansi I had a look on the website but doesn't cover Coventry hospital where my sister is treated does that mean she couldn't put her name forward?

Hi JC59

I don't know, does your sister have a recurring tumour? If so, I think the best thing to do for her would be to ask her oncologist about the trial. If there is a shortfall in reaching the target for participants, maybe something could be sorted out. Do not give up hope of the possibility, as with everything in life, if you don't ask, you will never know. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Hi Kittykitty01

I note from your profile that you do not state where you are located, do you live in the UK?

At the moment I am in the process of writing a book about my GBM journey, so would prefer if possible to keep contact via this site for the time being. If that is ok?

Hi,

Thanks for the background info, regarding help/joining in. All the advice I provide is based on my own experience and the voluntary work I do with The Brain Tumour Charity (TBTC) and the Greater Manchester Cancer Voices group. So think the best option for you to become involved is via TBTC's 'get involved' section on their website - link attached, thebraintumourcharity.org/g..., which might open some doors for you to explore and work out what is best for yourself.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Tansi 🙂
