After two months I am still suffering with chronic fatigue, no energy whatsoever. Can you still suffer with chronic

Does the cold put you off?
Hi is anyone put off because they are so cold? Should I be trying to do warm up exercises in the house before I go out. I am wondering how many layers is feasible. I know - just get on with it and forget the cold.

Can bronchitis make you feel absolutely wretched?
Hi all, I had a bad cold all week that suddenly took a turn for the worse and I am completely miserable unable to get out of bed with a bad wet cough, headache, exhaustion, back pains, chills, and just a terrible sense of malaise. I don’t have a fever but I am miserable. I haven’t been this sick since

How long to wait for a tracheotomy
Hello. So my brother has been weaned off sedation abit. However he has been becoming distressed- not surprising as he has a tube down his throat and the nurses have told him where he is. He is still not fully unsedated - his partner is struggling as she showed him a picture of their daughter but he was

Holiday Stress
We have a tendency to underestimate holiday stresses. These are supposed to be happy, relaxing times spent with families, but instead can cause great anxiety and suffering. The upcoming holidays are no exception. There are a few reasons for this, and some effects of the pandemic have only made things

Cough after AF ablation.
I underwent an ablation procedure for AF about 4 weeks ago. A few days after the ablation I developed a cough - dry, quite tickly, eases off when I'm sleeping/resting - which has hung around for about 23 days. I'm going to speak to my GP about it this week, but I was curious if it's ablation related,

Cold Feet - as in cold to the touch!
Just wondering, does anyone else suffer from cold feet? My partner is stage 4 COPD and when he is in bed his feet are fine but during the day, even if he’s wearing socks or slippers, his feet are freezing cold to the touch.

Hello , I have anxiety and depression with some ptsd. I have a very hard time being alone as it frightens me at times. . It's the lack of human contact , face to face conversation. I get scared at times being alone , feels like I'm climbing the walls. I'm home all day and it's difficult to fill all

Efficacy of methadone for refractory RLS
Fellow RLS sufferers, For a short bio, if you don't mind, you can skip to the second paragraph: I'm in my early 30s. Suffered mild RLS as long as I can remember I (didn't know it was RLS at the time). RLS increased in intensity and frequency during my 20s. It became a nightly thing around the time I
