Hi all, Apologize in advance for length of this post. I've had RLS for since my early 40s and spent about 14 years on DA drugs. A not unusual story with augmentation and switching over to pregabalin about 3 years ago- but the pregabalin not being entirely effective for symptoms. At that time I was

Treatment of RLS with Pramipexole
I was diagnosed with RLS about 6 months ago. My consultant prescribed Ropinirole but after reading adverse comments about it , I told my GP I did not want to take it and I am now taking 300mg of pregabalin twice per day. Unfortunately my symptoms are not improving . My GP has now prescribed Pramipexole

Continuous Cough
11 month old has just started nursery and got a horrible cold from there. I gave him calpol last week Thursday for a few days as he had puffy eyes and didnāt look well at all. He still has a really bad cough which is making him puke at times and keeping him up at night. I heard you can only give calpol

The importance of 'Dynamic' stretching in cold weather
I personally always do "Dynamic" stretches before a run , But if it's not part of your routine you may want to consider it in this cold weather as your muscles will contract in the cold to preserve heat. https://www.orthopedicperformance.com/blog/the-importance-of-stretching-in-cold-weather/#:~:text
