I started a few wks ago and was really enjoying it. Completed wks 1&2 and was feeling great about it.

Haven’t run for 3wks due to the nasty virus going around. Started like tonsillitis then continued with horrid sore throat, cough and exhaustion.

Should I start again at wk 1? Or continue with wk3 ?

You are not likely to loose much fitness in a couple of weeks.Maybe try a run from week 3 (without pushing it) and see how you get on , if it's a struggle you can always drop back

Take the advice from Instructor57 ... listen to your body, and any doubts. head off to begin again... with no pressure... and we will be with you, every step of the way!

I would try week 3 and if you find it exhausting, then simply go back to week 2.xx listen to your body, you will get there at the end

I love that postbox! I’ve heard a local village has got some Easter ones too so you’ve inspired me to go and find them later.

There have been so many horrible bugs around lately that have knocked many of us for six. Sympathies to you. I’d also try week 3 super gently and see. It’s absolutely fine to stop if you realise it’s too much. The main thing is to feel fully recovered first before starting again. Really good luck to you.❤️
