Meditating and yoga are other good things. Get the inside timer, free yoga/mediation livestreams of both things there.

Cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotherapy are good too if you have health insurance or money

Have you tried art? You don't have to be good, you could just find something you enjoy and practice at it. I am not a very good artist (I use LOTS of liquid paper and Photoshop), but I still do it because I would be a basket case if I didn't. Just a suggestion. :)
