Menopause/HRT Question.
I recently changed over to the Evorel 50 HRT patches from oral HRT tablets, well what a waste of time, they are absolutely useless. They wont stay on even though I put a sticky plaster and surgical tape on over the top. I used 4 in a week! They are definitely not for me. I had a consult today with a

vestibular migraine nightmare
Hi everyone. I just at my wits end and wondered if anyone can help?’! Diagnosed with vestibular migraine 10 years ago by default as they did every test imaginable both ENT and Neurological and decided it had to be that and gave me propranolol and the following day it was a miracle. Hadn’t left house

Hi everyone this is my first post. I had papillary thyroid cancer 12 years ago when I was 26. Radical neck dissection full thyroidectomy dozen lymph nodes removed. I've been on a rollercoaster with thyroxine for all that time struggling to feel well. Just got a new diagnosis of significant endometriosis

Part Rant and Zoladex Question
Oh, the glamorous world of injections and their elusive promises! There I was declaring "No more injections for me!" But those consultants have a way of making you believe that they "will help to shrink the fibroids so we can reach the endometriosis easier". The next line was basically "It's

HRT Patches Concern
I recently switched to transdermal HRT tablets from oral HRT, I'm not convinced, firstly because of my very abrupt menopause, mine was like falling off a tall building 🗼rather than a gentle decline. So I was taking 1mg estradiol and I femoston conti 1/10 tablet a day for 7 years making 2mg oestrogen

Zoladex Injection
Hi 😊 Please could anyone share their experiences with the zoladex injection? My gynae has suggested going on it for 6 months with the HRT pill, to help with endo symptoms. I know there can be a lot of bad side affects to taking this and I’ve read about a few bad experiences already, but I’d anyone

sudden drop in thyroid results!!
I recently had some health concerns which are still being investigated, in the meantime a new symptom of swollen face has occurred and I seem to of gained all the weight I just lost. I got some thyroid results today and was shocked to see how they have decreased when I usually have a steady result.

Need recommendations for herbal supplements.
I'm 67 and have had anxiety since menopause. I don't do hrt and haven't taken natural supplements. My anxiety comes and goes and is exacerbated by histamine in pollen season and possibly low oestrogen ongoing. Constantly light headed and sob intermittently and can't make arrangements in advance as each

Hi everyone and Happy New Year
my name is Jill and it’s been along while since I’ve posted anything. I was diagnosed in 1999. Aged 39. Despite being very unwell for months and being ‘fobbed ’ off by my Gp. By the time I was diagnosed I had Saddle Nose deformity. Like alot of you even as a nurse I was very scared and felt alone

FET on day 7 of progesterone
I’m doing a HRT FET this month with transfer booked for Friday. Just wondering what others experience is regarding timescales. My clinic told me to start progesterone on Saturday which means my transfer will be on day 7 of progesterone. Previously I’ve had transfers on day 6 so thought this was odd.

Zoladex side effects?
Hi, I've been taking Zoladex since October and have been having quite a few side effects recently. Aside from the more medical ones I've been struggling emotionally by not feeling like myself. Has anyone got any tips for that side of things? Also wanted to ask if people have any tips for the beauty side
