Hi my name is Dineshwaran.i was diagnosed with kidney failure in year 2003 when I was 19.was on dialysis for two years and did transplant on 2005. Donated by my cousin.it was a perfect match until 2017 where my sugar level was very high. Was on all type of medication and insulin but didn't came down. So my Dr stop my immune suppression medication and change to different medi and my sugar level immediately dropped to normal in one day but in one month I start to have sign of rejection. The Dr said get ready for dialysis or next transplant in year 2018. But I changed my diet and take good care .and in September year 2021 I end up in dialysis . Now on hemodialysis once again .still hoping to find a solution to reverse the ckd.if I manage to reverse the Ckd then I will have thousands of people hope to live a healthy life.

Tacrolimus and cellcept. It's common when you taking tacrolimus more known as fk you sugar level will increase.then I was on saxagliptin 1 tablet,Metformin 6tablet and insugen 4mg perday. But my sugar level was still high. So the doctor stop tacrolimus the following morning the level went to normal. Then they stop all the diabetic medication and change to everolimus.the first month was ok but the following month my creat when to highest level from 101 to 1180. Then my previous Dr who was retired at the moment heard about my condition and came back to see me. She then told the Dr that when our body is immune to certain medication you can stop immediately and change to new med you need to slowly reduce to minimum dosage and start the new medication from minimum dosage. But by then it to late the rejection start to happen but but I manage to take care last for another 5years. When I start dialysis my creatine was 1280. Now it's already down to 600. Still trying to reverse my Ckd.

I think they should have given everolimus+ reduced tacrolimus rather than completely stopping tacrolimus.
