pelvic pain and no hrt withdrawal bleed

Hello all, I would be grateful for some advice or reassurance please. I have been on Sequential HRT for 5 years, as started having perimenopause symptoms around then. I have always had a withdrawal bleed once a month. I have found that taking hrt does make me a bit bloated and my tummy a bit uncomfortable, but the pro’s have always outweighed the cons. For the last 3 months however, I have found that I have a pain in my pelvic area that comes and goes, my tummy is more uncomfortable than before, and no withdrawal bleeds. Could it be that I have insufficient estrogen build up in the womb as I am now menopausal?, or my ovaries are failing?, I also have an urgency to urinate and pressure in my bladder. I’m terrified it could be something sinister.
