Missed miscarriage and endo
Hi warriors, Just wanted to share my story, because I feel so low and heartbroken, and I'm sure there are women here who can relate to my experience. The loss that comes with a miscarriage is hard enough, but then when I also have endo, it's that sinking feeling that my womb is just broken and it's

Does anyone have severe (Grade 3 or 4) internal prolapsed and thrombosed hemorrhoids and told you need a hemmoroidectomy?
Sorry for the sensitivity of the subject..but can anyone relate? They say that one in three people develop hemorrhoids especially as one ages and they grow more severe. I want mine done with a laser as it is not such a painful long recovery. I'm also afraid of incontinence and long term recovery. Since

I'm 22, Male with no previous medical conditions apart from moderate shy bladder syndrome, yet this pain is so bad its ruined my life.
Hi,I’m a 22 year old student and need help. I apologize that this post has become more of a book but I believe it’s important to tell the story in its entirety and I’m desperate for help and to overcome this.So it all started in my second year of university just after Covid when pubs and clubs were reopening

Hi Everyone Advice please. I’m down to 2 mg of Pred from starting on 15 mg in November 2021. I have managed tapering pretty well until now apart from occasional pains from inadvertently overdoing things. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure June 2022 and put on Amliodipine. Went for a dental check up my first one at my new dentist ( haven't had one in seven years) oops.
I was just wondering if anybody else on here with congenital heart disease with bicuspid aortic valve and had Coarctation repair has to have antibiotic treatment before undergoing dental treatment like having a tooth out I only ask because I do. Let's just say my dentist doesn't like me very much! 😆

The Beginning
4 years ago, I fell down 3 concrete steps and landed with my hands spread out to protect my face. I didnt have much pain for about a year. Then I saw a surgeon who wanted to do ligament repair, tendon interposition and removal of my wrist trapezium bone. I had developed arthritis. After the surgery

Constipation after chemo
Can anyone please advise how they dealt with the constipation. My first chemo last week and I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like it! I ended up in hospital with faecal impaction. Ended up having an enema! Nurse called it a poobabie! Any advice would be very much appreciated xxx

OsteoArthritis v RA
Having had RA diagnosed some 4 years now the majority of my pain is focused on my left knee which I injured in 2017. Recent flaring and RA activity has been largely rooted in that knee and have had three steroid injections since Christmas. The most latest one was in response to searing pain in the knee

Dad not waking up from induced coma after Sudden Cardiac Arrest, What are his chances? Signs of 'waking up'?
My Dad is 54 years old and collapsed at work last Friday 03/03/2023 from Sudden Cardiac Arrest. No symptoms, no chest pains, no warning signs. He is moderately fit, not a heavy drinker but is a heavy smoker and they found a blocked valve that had built up for months allegedly due to the smoking. His

Chronic pain post navicular fracture surgery
Hey, new to posting but I’ve been looking for places with people who may have some similar experiences. I am 2 years post op to correct a navicular fracture which has healed well from a surgical aspect. I do however have chronic, debilitating pain on a daily basis now. I’ve seen surgeons and i’m waiting

Taking Alendronic Acid & Dentists won't touch me!
Wanted to have some dental work done & on speaking to a specialist dental surgery, when they heard I was taking Alendronic Acid & Prednisolone they just didn't want to touch me. Have been to visit my regular dentist today who said anything like an extraction or implant he wouldn't do & I would have

Pain management
Any tips on how to manage pain without resorting to painkillers please. I have painkillers but rarely use them and want to keep it that way. I have a very sore left arm which is far less painful when I mould it to my body and keep it inactive. Thank goodness I am right handed. Doc is looking into it.

Broken clavicle pain? Broke my clavicle after a epileptic seizure in 2011, but cold weather means dull pain! Must be others same situation?
I use my laptop a lot, a dull pain just does not go away, whilst writing, I have HPT so pain killers out of question! I suppose some sort of cream would be best, even magnesium oil joint spray like I use for my osteoarthritis on my knees might help? doubtful! Is anybody same situation as refracturing

3 days after circimsision, shit be wildin.
So I'm 3 days in and I think for the most part everything is going ok. I was given pain killers but decided after the 1st day to stop taking them cause I felt like they weren't worth the side effects. A couple concerns I have is that I'm really horny for no reason, it's like if I get the slightest thought

Well almost, transport should be here in 10 minutes. Can't wait to get home. Not one person in the whole hospital knows or wants to know about MSA with the exception of my consultant. The ward sister has flatly refused to let him know that I'm in on the basis that I just need nursing care and as

Advice Needed
For years I’ve been suffering from pain in my bones, sleeplessness, depression and sometimes inability to do general things. I’ve seen my GP who has given me a variety of painkillers. Need to learn about my kidney disease diagnosis
Chronic Kidney Disease. I've just been diagnosed with Stage 3a. I know nothing and am starting from scratch. I would really like to see how others are dealing with this disease and get tips on diet, exercise and OTC medications which may be harming me, such as Tylenol and other painkillers and diet supplements

Hello, I have just been told by my pharmacy that they can no longer get zolmitripan. They are the only pain killers that work for me. Has anyone else had problems getting it? Thanks
