Any tips on how to manage pain without resorting to painkillers please. I have painkillers but rarely use them and want to keep it that way. I have a very sore left arm which is far less painful when I mould it to my body and keep it inactive. Thank goodness I am right handed. Doc is looking into it. Only challenge is that my right arm is also getting sore.

Thank you, I was scared to overuse painkillers but that makes sense.
I use a heat bag on my neck which helps
Never really tried but quality cbd oil maybe
Hi, my right arm is in a brace and sling -torn tendon. My left started hurting from doing all the work. I started wearing a wrist support for it on bad days. In January I fell on some ice at work and damaged my left wrist. I ended up with both arms in braces. I was screwed. I alternated ibuprofen and acetaminophen, ice for swelling heat for aches. Spent a lot of time just sitting still letting them heal while binge watching TV. You can heal with out addictive pain meds. Take care.
I take four naproxen, alieve, daily.. works as good as pain pills for me. Also use ice for 15 minutes and then heat. I just got a new red light near infrared light that's supposed to help with pain and depression, anxiety.Turmeric helps too.
