“UriVarx”- has anyone with bladder leakage issues after RP and EBRT tried it?
Many of us have some stress bladder leakage as a result of our RP’s and salvage radiation therapy. Has anyone on this forum had a positive experience using the vegetarian capsules sold in local stores called UriVarx? It’s expensive and I don’t want to waste my time and money if there’s no benefit for

Radiation to the chest (thorax / mediastitum) area?
Has anyone had radiation to the chest area? Specifically the mediastitum? PSMA scan shows 2 or 3 small Lymph Nodes in the area. No other area in the body shows any prostate cancer. If you have had the radiation, please let me know: 1) have you had any side effects 2) was the radiation treatment

Which should I take first and WHY ?? Cabazitaxel or Enzalutamide ??
As most of you know by now, I have been through Casodex, Eligard, Abiraterone, Docetaxel, Lu-177 and radiation therapy thus far. My remaining options are Cabazitaxel and Enzalutamide. Any idea which should I take first and why ?? Many thanks for any reply anyone may care to give.

Radiotherapy In The Definitive Management Of Oligometastatic Prostate Cancer
Someone recently left a link to the subject study which I forwarded to my RO. Here was his reply (the original link is below): Thanks for the paper. Ultimately these retrospective reviews will always show a benefit with radiation treatment because they compare men with low volume disease to men with

Update
I pushed for
radiotherapy
to the prostate as it’s already in my lymphatic system but I thought I’d hit the mother load. My advice is to read and prompt your oncologist constantly. I have never accepted the one size fits all and have gone off piste with many of my choices.

Still on the roller coaster.
Having done more tests on the biopsy sample they found I also have another type of cancer - one which won't respond to Tamoxifen so now I'll be having a lumpectomy on the 9th Sept, followed by a different tablet treatment, then later - once the scars have healed there'll be three weeks of daily

Urologist vs. Oncologist?
I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in November of 2012. At that time, my PSA was 8 and my Gleeson was 5 + 4= 9. I started Guided Radiation Therapy, at Scripp's Radiation Center, in La Jolla, in January 2013. I started Lupron Therapy, in November of 2012. (2 years worth) In December of 2016 I experienced

I got to ring that bell
On Wednesday I had my last
radiotherapy
and I got to ring the bell, after 20 rounds of
radiotherapy
, 18 weeks of chemotherapy and 2 operations. I know not everyone is lucky enough to ring the bell, my late husband included.
