2 years after radiotherapy
So today I had the results of my MRI two years after 6wk course of
radiotherapy
. Last year my AN had stabilised at 21mm however today was told it had increased to 23mm. Quite shocked at this as was expecting to hear I didnt need to be scanned for two years.

Asking for prayers for my sister in law
My sister in law has been having trouble with her one eye, its been dry and irritated. Yesterday she went to the VA hospital because she said it was like looking through broken glass. She was told the blood flow to her eye had been cut off. They sent her to Buffalo General, and there she was told

Radiotherapy
on my face might help prevent more spreading. Or might not. The new lesion was described as poorly differentiated, the level of invasion was Clark 4, and likely metastatic.

Ulcerated cancer help please
Ladies, I need some advice/ help please I had oc in 2011 with one recurrence since then but three different types of chemo,
radiotherapy
and a drugs trial over the past 2 years. Unfortunately none of this has been successful. My oncologist is putting me forward for another trial in February.

A relief
I just saw my radiation oncologist and he couldn’t see any progression on my scan. We discussed it all and decided on one radiation treatment to T9-11. It will kill a few cancer cells and I will have peace of mind that I didn’t wait and it got worse. It was a big relief for him to explain it all and

Are There Any SAFE Aromatase Inhibitors
Are there any aromatase inhibitors that don't have serious side effects. I am scheduled to go on one after the first of 2020 when my radiation therapy is finished. I was diagnosed with stage 2A lobular carcinoma in my left breast in October 2019 and had a lumpectomy. No lymph nodes were involved.

Metastatic endometrial carcinosarcoma - not for treatment
My mum isn't being offered any treatment, other than one targeted
radiotherapy
for a specific area of pain in her arm. I keep reading forum posts and journal articles about successful responses to chemotherapy in Stage IV uterine cancers, and i'm starting to wonder if we should be pushing for this?
