I was told in my recent medication review not to take Adcal on the day I take Alendronic acid as they bind together and are lost- any thoughts? Been doing it wrong for five years!

Zoladex - any positives?
Hi All I have stage 4 endo which is also in my bowels, possibly also my kidneys. I had lap surgery 3-months ago to drain two large masses and have been told I need a hysterectomy plus bowel surgery as it has all stuck together. My local CCG waiting list for a consultation with the general surgeon

Prolapse after surgery
I had a bladder prolapse stage three along with a few other parts that had prolapsed. I had all the usual symptoms, bladder hanging between my legs via my vagina, back pain, difficulty sitting and walking and severe constipation. My doctor recommended a hysterectomy since a pessary did not work for

Xtandi and price tag
Hi, I just had radical prostatectomy 3/23. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer with EPE. I started on Firmagon and my doctor ordered Xtandi. My question is …how can anyone afford Xtandi? My copay is 3300 dollars, more than my SS check. I’m checking with my MD to see if I can wait until Jan. ( to get

After your endometrial cancer diagnosis, did you do any research? If so, where did you find the most useful information about your cancer?
I was diagnosed in 2015 with Stage 1A Grade 3 endometrial cancer. I had a robotic hysterectomy, with BSO and removal of 16 lymph nodes, followed by 6 rounds chemo and 5 of brachytherapy. After chemo, I was followed with CT scans every 6 months until 2018. From that point, I have not had a recurrence

Night sweats again
Hi all, I have reviewed many posts for answers on this but symptoms and underlying issues are variable and so posts are inconclusive. I have SLE and Sjogrens. I also have drenching night sweats. Here's my summary: 1) I'm male, so they're not menopausal! 2) My medication has been stable for years: Hydroxychloroquine

2 mirena coils for Adenomyosis?
had my laparoscopy last week. They couldn't find endo but did say I had a globular uterus, which is indicative of Adenomyosis. I'm not surprised as all the symptoms fit. I literally opened my eyes from the ga and the findings were explained. I didn't take a lot of it in but they did mention about having

Adcal-D3
Just a quick query. Has anyone else suffered from nausea when taking Adcal-D3 chewable? I was wondering if the tablets contain lactose, as I'm allergic to it. Since having been diagnosed with a fractured L2 and osteoporosis, the RA team and my GP both recommend them. I was taking Solgar Calcium Citrate

HRT / zolodex / hormone treatment help
Hi all. I posted recently about my concerns regarding zolodex etc. I think my only next steps is a complete hysterectomy due to my issues. HOWEVER. That being said, everyone seems to manage better withHRT and I'm looking to speak with people who have never been able to tolerate any form of hormone treatment
