Finally had blood tests
Hi all. I finally 'bit the bullet' and had my bloods done for Hep C and B. This was after scans which showed fibrosis and 'some' cirrhosis. Saw a Dr at my usual practice. Never seen her before. She told me to immediately stop my anti depressants as they would badly damage my liver further. Left confused

Okay. So my leavers were optimal on tsh, freeT3 and freeT4. I then was put on 50,000 of vitamin d twice a week for the last few months and vitamin B. Don't know if this was the reason why but my last labs my tsh was .2 and my free T4 was right at the top number of the range and my free T3 was tiny bit

Another anxiety attack
So today I almost had two anxiety attacks but I recognized the symptoms and I immediately did my breathing which helped because it made it go away. I bought Sam E today and I'm wondering if anyone here has had any luck with this and celexa. I've taken a dose but now I'm scared that it's going to interact

What else should I be taking with my B12 injections other than Folic acid ?
Could someone give me a link to some advice about Co factors please ? Many thanks. I have just started SI alternate days. I have my folic acid 5mg and plenty of coconut water / banana's! Should I be taking other B vitamins and Vitamin D? Many thanks!

5 Most Effective Natural Ways to Prevent Wrinkles
If there was one thing that plastic surgery has done right, it is that in the long-run, people became scared to look like, well, plastic. While you might be of the same thought, it’s only but human nature to want to hold back signs of skin aging for as long as you can. Who doesn’t want youth? Who doesn

Balancing B vitamins...
Hi I've been taking B12 for a while. I read here that it is important to balance B vitamins if you are taking B12. So, I bought, Thorne's Basic B. After one tab, I felt really weird. I am sure this is not a problem with the product, because I remember supplementing one of the B vits some while ago (can't

Our son, Grant ( age 15) has been diagnosed with APS - "let's talk about the new experimental Antibodies"
1. Got the results yesterday. Aspirin for now should be fine. His " traditional three antibodies "are border line but negative. ( unlike me.) 2. The new ones- "experimental" "stylerine" panels were positive on two. ( I was only pos for one, once. Then neg. but I reclotted when back to sero neg for

Multi Vitamins and PD
My neurologist told me not to take multi vitamins. He reckons vitamin B disrupts the absorption of Levodopa. Any comments?

Aggressive PCa - Cholesterol - Statins
New German study below. I often feel, in talking about statins, that I need to explain that I am horrified by the number of Americans using them. (& no, I haven't been overdosing on Dr. Mercola.) Coming up to age 70, I am not on any prescriptions except those I have chosen to be on for PCa - & that
