I started smoking after quitting 5 years ago
I quit 5 years ago. And I was so proud of myself. Then in April this year my elderly mother died and then 6 days later my brother took his own life. I have bipolar and after the 2 funerals I was sectioned and kept in hospital for 11 and a half weeks. I was so stressed out in the hospital environment

Quit for 48 hours then panicked having a hard time getting motivated again
Less than 3 days ago I had my first surgery. It went well no complications. Got diagnosed with a chronic condition endometriosis 😥 but I was expecting that. I quit smoking 8 hours before and made it 48 hours then just panicked. I don't even know what I was panicking about. I just completely lost it

Hello Everyone! I wrote this morning about hand/finger tremors. I'm going to keep a watchful on this. Glad to report at the end of a long day. Today I did some heavy gardening my guy's backyard. He has a back pain every time there's lifting to be done. I'm suspecting that he wants to get out of my

Liver abuse
I guess if you
quit
drinking
, but continue to be overweight ,eat poorly, you still compromise your liver. I suppose you have to live your life, enjoy it, because at the end of the day, something is going to get us right?

My First Time....
I've just had to
quit
drinking
as the doctors have told me my livers on the brink and my kidneys won't stay the course unless I quit. I also have IBS which makes things hard when choosing diets and finally to boot I have Asperger's which doesn't help when I need to change my ways.

How to Stop Smoking
Quitting smoking is not an easy task, but it is doable and with time invested, it can become easy to maintain a smoke-free lifestyle. I know that is hard to believe if you're still smoking, but with education and support, it can be the truth for you, just as it has been for others who have quit smoking

Is it my gallbladder?
I
quit
drinking
near the beginning of this year and after a couple of weeks of not drinking I began feeling unwell. I lost my appetite and began losing weight and just felt “sick”. Also began having dizziness as well as heart palpitations that are almost constant.

RLS for 15 years, this really helps my symptoms.
Unfortunately (and rather predictably) the RLS returned as soon as I
quit
drinking
. I feel my most extreme symptoms in my shins, calves and shoulders.

Messed up again
Last December I finally decided to
quit
drinking
after battling with alcohol for the past 10 years. After 7 months of sobriety I started fucking up again. I've drank about 3 times in this past month. A couple days ago it was pretty bad.

Help with labs after decreasing dose
To back up, a few months back I abruptly
quit
drinking
alcohol. I then experienced what I would call a mini thyroid storm with many hyper symptoms, and my labs came back with suppressed TSH and border line high T4/T3.

SAY NO TO USING ANY TOBACCO PRODUCTS.
Tobacco can be used in many different forms – but all are linked to cancer. There is no safe way to use tobacco.
Other tobacco products aren’t safer than cigarettes
