Under active Thyroid gland and FND
My son recently got his blood results and it was noted his Thyroid levels weren't in range and a re-test due in 3 mths, my mother had it too, so will be interesting to see my results in a few weeks time.I was however surprised to see how many of the symptoms he has/is experiencing, associated with FND

Hi all So have been struggling to get a GP appointment to discuss my Thyroid meds. After MUCH sulking from me my medication was reduced to 75mcg from 100. Although I managed to hold out for 100 whilst I was on holiday- feel not so good so have been trying to get my meds reinstated. This since end

Dr appt updates
Saw my pulmonologist on Tues. “Why haven’t you been using your Cpap?” Me: “Sometimes I feel claustrophobic and it’s hard to breathe. I also have had shortness of breath since I had Covid last June after coming home from our trip.” This led her to have me do a 6 minute walking test - my oxygen didn’t

Hypothyroidism help
I had a thyroidectomy in 1984, to remove benign growths. The surgeon said about 25% thyroid remained, but he thought I would not need subsequent medication. I was not told to have regular thyroid function tests, and carried on with my busy life. After unrelated throat surgery in 1997, my consultant asked

low grade ovarian cancer in the lungs
I had pleural effusion for 2 years. My doctor didn't say that the cancer could get into the lungs but it did. I received 6 rounds of weekly taxol and carbo platin but it didn't work. Now my doctor wants to stop all treatment and send me to hospice care. please let me know if you have had that experience

So I got my results of the echocardiogram a couple of weeks ago. Then we went away in the caravan so I could ignore the results. Got back, read my results and I felt my shoulders flump.. I have signs, they reckon, that I have a high possibility of Pulmonary hypertension. Something new for hubby to research

Confusing results and Nodule
This is the response from Endocrinologist'. I don’t feel great. I have low energy levels compared to normal, I’m so tired , always cold or temperature sensitive. Reading this response, it doesn’t sound that they plan to offer to medicate me. But the thought of feeling like this indefinitely fills

An angiogram showed my heart in great shape then a
pulmonary
function
test
showed while I breath IN ok I don't breath OUT very well. Since I try to be active this is a big frustration. It's taking 5 months to get in to see a pulmonologist for what they say is COPD. but not what kind.

Anyone taken this as a capsule or the natural ingredients I've read quite a bit about these ingredients and they seem to possibly help with copd symptoms. Could anyone enlighten me whether its worth buying the manufactured capsules please ? X

Royal Free Hospital and auto-inflammatory conditions

After having problems with low-grade fevers, mouth ulcers, eczema-like rashes, extreme fatigue, sore throat, lightheadedness and stomach issues on and off for 2 years now, I was referred to Infectious

Calprotectin of >2000
Hi All I started having blood in my stools mid last year and was offered an urgent colonoscopy (after a positive FIT test). the Colonoscopy showed mild inflammation, but UC vs. Crohn's was not conclusive... Did an MRI which showed mild inflammation of the terminal ileum. Calp showed a reading of 240

T3 Suppliers
I’d be very grateful if anyone could private message me a list of T3/Tiromel suppliers. When unipharma T3 became hard to find 6 months ago I switched to Tiromel. I’ve emailed my Uk supplier but no response as yet.

How to increase FSH
Hello all. So I have been battling with fertility issues for years. Already had a round of IVF which wasn't successful. A doctor has advised that I have incredibly low FSH which is why I'm not producing eggs for ovulation. The question now is how can I improve that ? I have normal thyroid function
