Turmeric ginger and black pepper

Anyone taken this as a capsule or the natural ingredients I've read quite a bit about these ingredients and they seem to possibly help with copd symptoms. Could anyone enlighten me whether its worth buying the manufactured capsules please ? X

No idea but tumeric is good for breathing whether capsules ( bought some a while ago) and powder in a hot drink

While turmeric nay have some health benefits, I suggest looking up interactions with drugs you may be currently taking as well as safety based on conditions you may have.John
