Anyone healed PCOS naturally? Supplements?

Hi there. I have a hormonal imbalance since coming off the pill in July 2020 because it was one of the worst things I've ever been on.

Before that, my periods were regular, I had no acne and my hormone levels were all normal. After coming off the pill, I had regular pain free periods for 3 months but then my prolactin came back very very high. Since then I've had irregular periods, acne, a lot more hair growth in unwanted areas such as face and I've shown polycystic morphology in my ultrasounds. This has all come very randomly and out of the blue. My hormones have been like this for 6 months now.

Does anyone have any idea if it has anything to do with coming off the pill and if there's any other way to balance out hormone levels without going back on the pill? I'm pretty sure that makes it worse.

Also, is there any supplements I should take?

Thank you
