Ridiculously tired and headaches, thought it was heatstroke but now my knees are throbbing and my hand joints hurt I’m thinking it’s a flare?!
Anyone else get similar, only diagnosed in January..

Do you think the heat triggered it?
Quite probably. The weather changes, (especially when they are sudden,) throw me into a flare every time!
This morning I was so stiff and achey, I couldn't get out of bed for ages.
