3rd day, 1st day after R/B, Neulesta and Platelets
I supplemented with Vitamins D, B Complex, magnesium, CoQ10,
probiotics
and prebiotic fibre. Glucose went to 75. Emory Nutritionist said it should bode well for tolerating chemo, and it did. I read these boards every day, and truly empathize with everyone suffering and their caregivers.

As my own diet moves more towards raw foods I have become aware of the arguments against cooking. This is not to say I am against cooking, but rather I am more aware of techniques and advantages of cooking at low temperatures and indeed not at all. I was triggered today to write about this because

Advice requested on latest bloods
I’m disappointed by the antibodies increasing as I’ve been gluten free for five months now, taking
probiotics
(kefir), and trying to reduce stress levels, so I’d hoped the antibodies would at least have stayed the same… :-( Still, the good news is that these results make sense of why I’m still experiencing

What are the best probiotics for hashimotos?
Has anyone tried Pure Encapsulations Probiotic 50B - I've heard they are really good quality, but I wanted to see if anyone on here has tried them? Also, I can't swallow large pills, so I was also wondering how big they were before I went and ordered them. I've figured the largest capsule I can take

Question about timing and sequencing of supplements
I will have the followings added: Metformin, Lipitor, Flowmax, K, D3, Aspirin,
probiotics
, Citrus Pectin (as a side note, I like Patrick's method of adding this powder to water for a few minutes and stirring and drinking it best). Right now I take everything at night before bed.

7 Days after circumcision surgery, here's what I've learned. Maybe it will help you.
Hey all, still pretty new here, but wanted to share my experience in case it would help other people. I am one week post op and I have some details to share. Feel free to ask me anything if you are in the same boat. Day 1: I had the surgery in an outpatient hospital. This is recommended because it is

sharing a small positive
Disclaimer: I haven't been diagnosed yet, but endo is suspected. Just wanted to share some hope. I am on my period at the moment. The first day was the usual awful start; woke up at 1.45am by the pain, feeling like I'd been shot in the pelvis, stumbling around for painkillers and sitting in a hot bath

Am I having a flare-up or hypo not stable yet?
Hi all I was diagnosed with hypo in Jan 17', and found it was Hasi's in Nov 17'. In the year I have been slowly increasing my levo dose, and in Jan went to 100 mcg, which seemed to do the trick. Since middle Jan till now, I have been feeling a lot more like myself. In the last 2 weeks some of my symptoms

New here, advise appreciated!!
I take
probiotics
, milk thistle, turmeric, omega 3 and vit d after lunch and sertraline at bedtime. What I’m really wondering is should I be asking any other questions or asking for other tests? Is this Hashimotos?

Sourdough starter and bread
With the second time of trying I have now managed to create a healthy starter and made some bread with it today, I need to work on the size of the loaf pan I use but am nearly there. This is just the photo of the sourdough starter, I will add another post to show you all the photo of the bread. Also
