Sourdough starter and bread

With the second time of trying I have now managed to create a healthy starter and made some bread with it today, I need to work on the size of the loaf pan I use but am nearly there. This is just the photo of the sourdough starter, I will add another post to show you all the photo of the bread.

Also, whilst looking at fermented foods I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction for a homemade probiotic yogurt - thank you. :)

Hi Alicia, you can make your own yoghurt by buying a carton of live unsweetened yoghurt and then boiling 1L of milk letting cool to the touch then add a couple of dollops of live yoghurt to the milk and stir and if you leave it in a soup thermos you can pour it into a jug to go in the fridge the next day. You can use goats milk and live goats yoghurt too.

Your sourdough starter looks impressive and I've seen the end result. 😊
