Yeast related ibs??

Hello

I've had ibs for a couple of years. Only been diagnosed this year and have been trying some things. In the new year someone recommended saccharomyces boulardii as a good probiotic. Any way I started taking it and pretty quickly got an improvement in my symptoms. A few weeks ago I ran out and my symptoms got a little worse again. Got some more and symptoms improved. Forgot to take any yesterday and symptoms worse again.

Is this all coincidental? Am I convincing myself?

I'd love to hear other people's experience especially with this probiotic and candida overgrowth.

Tia

Would you mind telling me what your main symptoms were please? Pain in a particular place etc?

Main symptoms were early morning diarrhoea and nausea. But I've experienced weight loss, loss of appetite (when it was bad), lethargy.
