Hi all I have just joined this site and I am looking to share advice and support on interstitial cystitis. I was diagnosed with the cronic illness last year and have found that unfortunately belly little is known about it by UK doctors. IC is an illness that causes urinary pain

A body that feels all 'wrong'
Day to day it's like living with
multiple
sclerosis
, in a
primary
progressive
form, but with the added extra that it could kill me in a flash. And my form of cerebral vasculitis is very aggressive, resisting much conventional and unconventional treatment.

Problems continuing after a hysterectomy
! am 47 and I had a total hysterectomy for endometriosis 6 years ago and have continually had health problems since, mainly minor infections which seem to have increased in the last year so that I am almost constantly taking antibiotics. I also feel extremely tired, have chest pains and breathlessness

Two questions-TSH results and cystitis?
Hi everyone! I am currently on 50 mcg a day for underactive thyroid. I have two questions really: does anyone experience cystitis/frequent urination symptoms with thyroid problems? Both of these symptoms are driving me crazy but the doctor won't accept the connection between to the two. I have had urine

Does anyone get blood in their urine?
Every time I get my urine tested, it shows I have blood. The urologist has checked and I have no kidney stones, he thinks it is something to do with lupus but rheumatologist doesn't seem worried by the blood and doesn't see a connection. Who do I believe?

I am up at least twice every night to the loo and I have to drink at least one glass of water during the night to prevent it being really bad in the
