Vit B12 issue please respond
I am permanently tired and haveb IVIG
PREMARIN
INFUSION EVERY 28 days.. Ou consider more oral vit b 12 appropriate and safe when I am still so lethargic? What are the side affects I'd with the three monthly injections could this be too much medication?

HRT ?
Hi, I've been taking
Premarin
for a year and half now and would like to stop!!! I'm sure it's not helping with my weight & well my mood is slightly better, but I'm not happy with what I am taking any more... So my question is should I just stop taking it ? Has anyone tried that ?

Tibolone with Prostrap
I asked my pain manager who suggested I change to
Premarin
. As I also suffer with depression in addition to stage 4 Endo, I'm not sure about
Premarin
as it's oestrogen only with no progesterone. Please help, should I persevere with tibolone or not?

RA and hot flushes
My GP increased my HRT (
Premarin
) last year as blood test showed I was in full menopause. She has now changed them to elleste solo to see if they help with latest symptoms but they're not working. Any advice would be much appreciated...I'm feeling pretty frustrated with it all at the minute.

Chronic vaginal/vulval itching and burning with no infection
I know this happens with postmenopausal women, but I do use topical estrogen (
Premarin
) and it still happens. It comes and goes. My doctor thinks it could be an autoimmune illness but I don't seem to fit in any of the categories; there is no smell or consistent discharge, etc.

Newbie - Oestrogen level 290? No ovaries
My GP has given me
Premarin
0.6 something? I haven't taken them yet. I just wanted to know if any of you have an opinion about my oestrogen level. Is it now low enough to cause these symptoms? X

Advice please!
As a result of this I am taking
Premarin
0.625mg as I am only 34. i recently went to see my GP as I have been experiencing light headedness, tingling in hands and feet and generally feeling unwell. He advised me to stop taking my HRT and started going on about the risk of stroke, heart disease etc.

Any ladies here taking Levothyroxine AND Premarin?
I have had oestrogen implants and am wanting to move over to
Premarin
. I understand that the two meds must be taken well apart. If anyone is on
Premarin
............what dosage are you on?? Would be very helpful to know. I had both ovaries removed 4 years ago at the age 46 so am in need of ERT.

HRT side effects
I've been on the lowest dose of
Premarin
for exactly 4 weeks and recently noticed vaginal itching. I thought it was a bout of thrush, but the itching is not as intense, so I was wondering whether anyone else had had these side effects and if so how long do they last?

Methotrexate side effects - has anyone any information about this list?
The situation is complicated by (A) stopping my thyroid treatment (levothyroxine 25 and 50 alternate days), (B) cutting my HRT in half (0.625
Premarin
instead of 1.3), and (C) finishing a course of prednisolone, which started at the same time as the methotrexate.

Thyroid community and Lupus community ... I really need your thoughts right now
Since then, my GP withrew my HRT (
premarin
) overnight with no tapering (I had been on for 15 years) to see if this was contributing to my high BP. After two weeks of it rising ever higher (215/92) the GP started me on 2.5 mg felodipine which I took for 2 weeks but not really effective.

Coming off HRT will it imbalance my well controlled under active thyroid 50mcg levothyroxine
After hysterectomy and ooverectomy been on premarin750mg 8yrs, new GP wants me off it, no advice on how and managing it ,has halved
premarin
,what happens next? Heard it can disrupt my thyroxine levels, underactive 9yrs but controlled on 50mcg levothyroxine.

Is anyone taking or has taken Premarin ?
I've just been prescribed this after my hysterectomy and ovary removal but reading the leaflet that cones with the tablets says it's not recommended if you "have had your womb removed due to endometriosis". Since I have endometriosis and adenmyosis this doesn't to me sound like the right hrt.
