Thirst
Hi I’ve been struggling with thirst for many years now and now I’m drinking about 6litres in 24 hours with lots of toilet trips. My health collapsed about 12 years ago and the thirst became even worse. I’ve had lots of diabetes tests but have been normal. I now suffer chronic fatigue and brain function

HbA1c Tests and Watching Out for Possible Diabetes

35 wk scan shows polyhydramnios. Has it caused any baby birth defects or problems?
Hi all, I went into the labour ward with my OH last night as the baby movements I've been experiencing have been getting less. The heartbeat was strong, but the scan showed I had a lot of fluid and she called it polyhydramnios. I was wondering if anyone else has had this and whether it's due to birth

Good Morning!
Now, when I go off my fasting time, I will be eating foods that are better for me than before being diagnosed with
pre
-
diabetes
. I'm really looking forward to eating better every day. As my days go forward I do want to incorporate more raw foods, more vegetables, and learn some 'raw' food recipes.

On the keto diet? Ditch the cheat day. Just one dose of carbohydrates can damage blood vessels
Reading some impressive posts on here lately about the keto diet, I was thinking about giving it a try. I came across this article and wonder what the more knowledgable HU members think. Thank you https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2019/03/190327112657.htm Date: March 27, 2019 Source: University

According to several confusing charts I've looked at, for a 40yr old male (I'm forty in 13 days) that is a 'high-end of normal /

No longer diabetic
Went to my GP as I'd been 6 years with type 2 diabetes and felt I was running out of time to change the future at 62 years. I was referred for the "Healthy Heart, Healthy Weight Intervention programme" - a weekly meet for lifestyle changing/dietary information with an hourly session of aerobic activity
