Lost 4 pounds and commenced couch to 5 k found this really hard as I battle with hashimoto and type 2 diabetes so really proud of my self

Lost 2 inches of my waist in the 1st week I love I can have 1400 calories per day and still lose weight on the Nhs weight plan
