How did you introduce your T3?
You won't believe this but my GP has finally given me some T3 Liothyronine 20mcg despite my private Endo saying "repeat biochemical tests as performed via NHS did not confirm low FT3 (measures on 3 separate occasions); and that previously reported marginally lower T3 levels as measured by Blue Horizon

This is the worst I have been in 4 years. I feel like I am at that point I just want to give up.
I don't know quite were to start. I appoligise for my spelling and grammar as my brain just isn't functioning correctly at the moment. After a gym injury 4 years ago to the chest causing tightness and stabbing ( torn cartalidge and bruised ribs ) I've had severe anxiety and it's pretty much come to

B12 jabs versus diazepam ??
Saw the doctor yesterday on an unrelated matter and asked her if she would shorten the time between three monthly shots , as problems were coming back sooner and sooner. To my amazement she said a lot of people say that , but she couldn't as people would want them earlier and earlier DUH !! She then

Pros and cons of Mirtazapine
I have been put on mirtazapine for anxiety and depression. I am wondering if it is habit-forming and if it is easy to stop taking it. I would much prefer a tablet which I can take just when I need something. Previously I have found that a single propranolol 10mg or Diazepam 2 mg would calm me down if

Have been reading different posts re beta blockers blocking t4 - t3 and i am wondering if that is one reason my t3 levels are constantly dropping and my rt3 is high. Looking back on my results since my doc prescribed Propanalol for the severe anxiety a few months ago (cant remember exactly when) due

Lorazepam or Clonazepam?
My dad has developed anxiety as a result of Parkinsons. Out of curiosity, do you use one or both of these ....Klonopin (Clonazapam) and Ativan (Lorazepam)...or perhaps another med or homeopathic med? His anxiety is considerable and treating it could make the difference between getting out or staying

Hi, I'm new here ... learning / trying to cope with anxiety
Hi! I'm new today having been googling to see what else I can do to try and manage my anxiety. I've been off work for a few months now. I have pinpointed my stress and anxiety to a work related issue but it feels to have taken me over. Some days I'm OK but I feel like I manage 1 step forward and 3 steps

Creeping stress
Only now after taking a diazepam have I realized how much stress has been building up inside me. I've got to stay focused and meditate more often. I think I was really losing myself these past couple of weeks.

Guy came took guitar
He gave me some money back and left me with another guitar which sounds awful so he's going to see if the Columbus can be fixed I hope so because it sounded so sweet compared to these China ones they palm off as guitars. Why do we buy anything from China their quality is absolutely rubbish. Most of the

Response to several questions:Opened file because of person whose doctor took them off their painkillers.
I have had chronic pain since 1984. Today I have too many things to do, but can't move. If my doctor took me off my painkillers I'd be in the E. R. You have to use whatever you can to have a good, productive life and for a doctor to remove your painkillers is the same to me as a doctor harming you

Had trochanteric bursitis injection
It wasn't too bad. I took a diazepam, put Emla cream on the area, had the skin injected first then they did it. It did hurt but not as much as I thought it would. Is already helping the sitting and stair climbing. I've also been told the cysts in my cervix are benign, Thank God! Getting on all right

Starting to make progress
Hi everyone. It's been a while since I posted on here. Since my last update I've had good & bad times. I have IBS, Barrets Oesophagus and had a hard time after a total hysterectomy in October 2014. I left off last time where I was about to seek some treatment for a malfunctioning ileocecal valve (ICV

PSP - 'shudders/shakes' advice?
Good morning everyone - my dad has been living with PSP for at least 10 years, having had experienced all of the 'usual' issues related to the condition. However, more recently he has been having 'shakes/shudders' which are distressing for him at times. Usually affects his throat as well as limbs. GP
