I just don't want to be here
So I'm back and I am so depressed, it all kicked off in February where I took a cocktail of alcohol and diazepam. While most of you will see that as the worst thing I am feeling so alone I have been abandoned by all my friends I am deep in debt I don't feel happy with my partner. Just everything is on

Not taking this serious
Hi folks, I've noticed from a few of you that I sometimes joke about things, I can assure you I am taking this seriously, joking is just part of who I am, and my way of coping, I am going to beat this, because I have people I love and who love me, I've been lucky so far that my hospital visits have not

Been in bed all day and feeling really low
Hey guys Feel like I need a bit of TLC right now. I have just been told to stop taking the citalipram as it’s over stimulating my heart causing palpatations and a fast beat. I have had half a diazepam to try and chill myself out but I’m fighting a battle with myself to take my self to a&E to get checked

Fed up with GPs
Can anyone tell me how I can be referred to a psychiatrist. Had bad reaction to escitalopram whilst trying to come off lorazepam and need someone who knows what they are doing and understands.

Has anyone come off lorazepam without the doctor substituting with citalopram. I am having bad side effects on citalopram. I have come down from 4 to 3 i two weeks. Need some positive advice from people who have done this.

My health nightmare
Hi all. In the past my biggest health concerns were hay fever and migraines. However, around the 20th of January this year shortyly after turning 18 I woke up feeling desperate for a wee- like my bladder was going to explode. This never ever happens to me but I went to the the loo and thought nothing

Fellow suffers. Here is my history. Everything that has happened with treatment.
Dear my fellow suffering, I thought it be best to write a little narrative of how and when my symptoms first began. For years I suffered from yeast infections. In the year 2000-2001 I fell from a very high surface onto my coccyx bone, that same week I also got a very bad urinary track infection

Does anyone else take this medication? If so how do you get long with it. After a period of suffering with all manner of odd symptoms, my GP has today advised taking 'something' to help with anxiety. I have usually had Diazepam 2mg to take as and when I feel really anxious and a prescription for 20

Hi folks: I have/had been seeing a psychiatrist for about 3 years. He took over my case after my original doc (who diagnosed the ADD back in 1998) died. This was all at the the same outpatient clinic, which was very close to my home. The first doc was great. He had a lot of experience and used a lot

Hi Everyone Geoff has started to have seizures, where his back arches and his body stiffens into a board, with some tremors in his hands and arms, even his face becomes fixed. After a 3 hour episode (no ambulances available) he was admitted to hospital. Initially he was given IV Diazepam but is now on
