Hi I've been on zoplicone for a couple of years. I only yook them when I knew I was going to have a bad flashback. I took 2 last night with no help so I took 7 tonight and still cant sleep. Can anyone give me ideas of what else will work as I have still got some left or do you think I should take a couple 0f 5mg diazepam. Really need a sleep I actually feel like crying. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds awful. But I think you should stick with doses of tablets advised by your doctor. Can you take the day off work or commitments to put less pressure on yourself? Have a short nap the following day? Make a plan for when insomnia comes? I need to do this myself eg have nice radio plays and books downloaded ready for when I wake up.
