Herbal Alternative medicine/ non addictive for anxiety/panic attacks
Does anyone have experience with taking 5-HTP? I wasn’t prescribed Lorazepam and it was making me feel very high and sleepy. I don’t want to get addicted to it. What are the herbal pills I could take? I struggle with generalized anxiety/panic attacks, thanks 🙏🏻

Flying with agoraphobia
Hey everyone, So in approximately 9 and a half hours I am leaving for the airport to go on holiday with my boyfriend. I'm 18 years old and haven't been on a flight in 3 years, which was one of the worst experiences of my life. In short I had multiple panic attacks, was kindly moved to the emergency

Finally went to my doctor
So I finally got the courage to go see my doctor about the lorazepam. He said that I was withdrawing from alprazolam but that I also had a very bad reaction to lorazepam. Plus severe anxiety. He switched me immediately back to xanax. He was so kind and understanding! I got them filled and took one as

I think a few of you know that I switched from Alprazolam to Lorazepam. And now aI don't know what 's wrong! I'm having burning sensations, swaying floor feeling, pounding heart at night, severe tension, insomnia, no appetite muscles jerking and twitching in legs at night, fear. Could it be the transition

Lorazepam isn't working
So my Dr. switched me from Alprazolam to Lorazepam, but it's not working at all. And now I'm terrified. My symptoms have gotten worse and they are symptoms that I've never had with anxiety before. My skin feels sunburned, last night it felt like the floor was swaying beneath my feet. Also last night

Internal Vibrating.....
.....is driving me crazy!!! I loathe to ask 'is anyone else experiencing this' as I know this type of constant seeking of reassurance is what keeps us in the anxiety loop but this is getting beyond a joke now! My psychiatrist has me on 2mg diazepam, 3 times per day temporarily until I start my new medication
