Fluoxetine and lorazepam

So I've been on fluoxetine for 6 months now. And about a month ago I purchased it from another brand and it feels like I'm relapsing . I can't tell if it's the new brand that it working me up or what. I wake up at 3 am feeling dizzy and weak , sad and scared. I stopped being on lorazepam about 3 months ago because my anxiety got less serious. However, I'm feeling like I may have to go back on it. Any advice?

The same drug from different manufacturers can produce different results. I had this happen with venlafaxine (effexor). I had the pharmacist put me back to the original manufacturer with a "no substitutions" note on my file. Felt better very quickly.
