Dizziness and unwell from Diazepam
My GP has me on a short-ish course of Diazepam due to a severe spike in my usual anxiety. I always have problems with Diazepam in that it makes me feel dizzy, gives me palpitations and low blood pressure. Therefore, it doesn't seem worth it! Has anyone else had this problem? My dose has been 5mg, twice

Concerned and frustrated
Hello am a newbie here. Apologies for length of this post but need to set background. Autumn 2018, achy pain in upper arms, left more than right. After it started affecting my day to day life I gave in and went to docs. Didn't do bloods just directed me to physio. Four weeks later I returned worse.

Now don't get in a tizzy
GM everyone. It is rainy here in Georgia. My dawgs are not fans of the rain. I wanna ask a question. Who suffers from panic attacks? What makes them panic attacks? Do you take meds? Do you suffer and strange symptoms during an attack? So, me 1st. 1. I suffer from them. On and off since 2013. My doc

Spasm/cramps upper abdomen
Which lead to breathlessness. My sats however are normal 97-99 (Bisoprolol keeping my heart down)! I’ve been in the hospital to get it checked several times when I’ve gone in for the SVT’s these last weeks and no one knows what it is. It’s possible it’s acid reflux, anxiety disorder, the Bisoprolol,

Has anyone else ever wondered about the oramorph and lorazepam which we are sometimes given. In both cases it says that you should not take it if you suffer from breathing difficulties and am wondering whether this is the reason I am feeling even more out of breath than usual this morning though I slept

OSTEOPOROSIS THE FORGOTTEN DISEASE YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
Hi everyone, hope you are all doing better than I am at the moment. A few weeks ago my back pain was increasing and it was becoming difficult to stand and walk even the few paces that I can usually manage in the home. I suspected as in the past this was a warning that another fracture was going to occur

What am I gonna do? Anyone with reactive tinnitus still listen to music?
I was looking at the questions on quora and a whole bunch of answered the question "is life worth living without music?" and MOST people have said things like "without music, life is dull it's like a sky without trees and stars " or "music is good for the soul" or "I'd die without music ". Most people

For the last three weeks she has woken frightened and unable to get up and function at all until about 4pm and even then she is scared. She shakes and has palpitations
