Hi everyone! I’m new to this community. I dealt with anxiety for over 12 years and manage it pretty well...until today.
I started a new job and have to work remotely due to the Coronavirus. I had a horrible anxiety attack before my first virtual meeting and had to take a lorazepam to calm down. I’m terrified of how bad my anxiety will be when we’re allowed back in the office - especially since that will be my first day working in the office and not in my own home.
Does anyone have any tips for remaining calm or dealing with anxiety when starting a new job.
Thank you in advance!! ☺️

I am not that full of tips but what I would say is take each day as it comes , try not to think to far ahead , yes eventually you will be in the office but when that day comes you will deal with it
Know it is ok to feel anxious , anything new or any changes can make us feel this way
Hope some will read your post and have more advise to give you to help
